History of this batch/
The last amulet coin, minted in 2509 BE (1966 CE), was created to celebrate Luang Phu's 91st birthday before his passing. The Royal Thai Mint engraved the die itself. It was produced in copper, silver, and gold. Only 99 gold coins were made, each were numbered. All coins minted in this last series, from 2509 BE, with the Royal Thai Mint's die, exhibit multiple concentric circles surrounding the image of Luang Phor under the chin or on his robe. This phenomenon is not due to a "broken die" from mass minting. Furthermore, the die used by the Royal Thai Mint was made of high-quality steel, virtually indestructible. Therefore, this series is known in the amulet collecting community as the "Crescent Moon Die Coin." Those who have used this amulet have reported positive results in terms of compassion, good fortune, protection from harm, and safety, as if surrounded by a protective shield or crescent moon. There is an example of a person who was ambushed and shot at point-blank range; three shots were fired, but none of them hit the target. The attacker, panicked, and fled on a motorcycle/最后一批佛牌铸造于佛历2509年(公元1966年),是为了纪念龍普天大师圆寂前91岁寿辰而特制。
