This Takrud was made for the purpose of allowing disciples who visited Luang Pu to worship for good fortune and to distribute them during the royal Kathin ceremony. Some who received them also dipped them in candle wax or covered them with gold leaf. Luang Pu’s Takruds came in both woven and unwoven styles. As for the woven styles, some are woven by Luang Pu himself (very few) and some are woven by monks and novices in the temple. They have their own unique and beautiful characteristics.
