A short history: Luang Phor Cheua Noo Phet (Anuwachiro Bhikkhu), some people  called him Ajaan Cheua Noo Phet. Before ordination, he was a chief engineer at the Royal Thai Air Force Engineering Department. He was also a teacher. When he became bored with the world, he entered the monkhood to follow in the footsteps of the Lord Buddha. Luang Phor Cheua enjoyed studying occult science since his lay days. After ordination, he studied more with many famous monks, such as Luang Phor Seng of Wat Laem Sai and Chao Khun Sri Santhi. About 20 years ago, there was news in the newspaper that Luang Phor Cheua was attacked by several robbers who tried to steal things at the temple. They shot and slashed him, but Luang Phor Cheua was unharmed. Later, the entire gang of criminals was apprehended. Luang Phor Cheua created amulets, both powder and metal, approximately four times: the first in 2507, the second in 2509, the third in 2512, and the final  creation was on May 16, 2516. It's said that the number of amulets he created was no less than 100 types of powder amulets. The metal amulets were usually Phra Kring amulets and statues of famous monks he respected. He created them to distribute for free.
