Short introduction/

Luang Phor Met's candle wax look om, Wat Bueng Krachap. Some people may not have heard of Luang Phor Boonmee or Luang Phor Met, but in the eastern region, he is outstanding. He was the teacher of Luang Phor Jam-Niian, Wat Tham Suea, and Luang Phor Foo (Wat Bang Samak), and Luang Phor Phrom (Wat Khanon Nuea). As for this look om amulet, besides its protective powers against fangs and claws, it also protects against the supernatural in deep forests or places with many spirits. It also protects against water spirits and other strange and supernatural entities mixed in with the water. Black magic isn't just done through the air. Anyone who thinks they're strong will fall victim to water spirits and magic that comes with water, because when they lose consciousness, they drown. They suffocate even in water just a few feet deep. Luang Phor Met is very famous for his ability to catch water spirits. A monthly Buddhist magazine from many years ago wrote about his life, stating that he could catch water spirits by using a sacred thread with a clay weight attached, lowering it into the water. He was on a raft and dragged it along until the thread behaved like a fish on a hook. When he pulled it up, it appeared... There was a transparent, jellyfish-like creature with a withered, childlike face and sharp teeth, wriggling around. The father of the child, who had been attacked by this water spirit, immediately stomped it to death. The symptoms of being attacked by a water spirit include numbness and weakness in the legs, and feeling of faintness. It's believed these spirits feed on blood, because if someone drowns and dies soon after, their body will be very pale. But if attacked by a water spirit, it's said that all the blood disappears; the body becomes very pale and greenish, even if they've been underwater for less than an hour. (Use your discretion when believing this.) The reason he was especially skilled in this art was because behind his temple was a pond called Bueng Krachap. His amulets came in both large and small sizes, made of gilded wax.
