1. Begin by chanting "Namo tasa ..." 3 x, followed by the mantra "Na-Cha-Li-Ti" 3 x. Then, make a wish according to your heart's desire.

2. Using either your thumb or index finger, take a small, appropriate amount of the sacred wax - just enough to catch the scent. Rub your fingers together to spread the wax, then apply it to the corners of your lips, drawing your fingers toward the center. Repeat this process three times.While applying it, you may also recite the mantra "Na Cha Li Ti" until you are finished.
